This is an all inclusive event being hosted by MIT Lincoln Laboratory, all lodging and meals will be provided for attendees at the Endicott House (Visit the Endicott House Website). Meals will be included during the meeting days of 16 and 17 July, along with lodging for the nights of 15 and 16 July.

Welcome Dinner

An informal buffet dinner will be served in the evening (6:30-8:30) on the 15th of July to welcome our guests as they arrive. Indication of your attendance is in the registration form. If you are arriving later that night, please let us know (Graphex@ll.mit.edu) and we are happy to ask Endicott House to set aside food for you.

Banquet

A banquet is planned for the first evening of the symposium (Tuesday 16 July) at the Endicott House. Attire is business casual.

Transportation

Transportation is the responsibility of the attendees. Please note that The Endicott House is in a remote area 25 miles from Logan Airport and taxi rides can take 30-40 minutes during low traffic times.
